30 MINUTE WALKS

To avoid any charges, require that you cancel your walk by 4pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made after 4pm or on the same day will result in a full charge.

OVERNIGHT CARE

We understand plans can change! For overnight stays, cancellations made 3 weeks or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. If cancellations happen within the 3-week window, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note that cancellations made during the week of (or the day of) your pup’s stay will be charged the full reservation amount since we’ve reserved that spot just for them.

MOBILE DAYCARE

HOLIDAYS

Walks
A $10 holiday fee per walk will apply on the following holidays:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day

Overnight Stays
A $30 holiday fee will be added to any overnight booking that:

Falls on one of the holidays listed above, or
Falls on a weekend when the holiday is observed

Cancellations
Please note that all holiday bookings (walks and overnights) are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or exceptions for cancellations during holiday dates.
